Mr Torre is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has in excess of 20 years’ experience as an outsourced company secretary and director for small to mid-cap entities across a diverse group of industries, including entities with dual listings on overseas security exchanges. 

Mr Torre was nominated and appointed to the ASX Advisory Group on Corporate Governance, an independent advisory body that recommends changes to the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
